A resident of Wilmington for 59 years, where he maintained his law practice, Mr.Visiting Hours will be held at the Nichols Funeral Home on Monday, February 5th from - p.m. Army Nurse Corps, while recuperating from significant wounds suffered in battle in Germany in 1944. Banda was the former Veterans Agent for the Town of Wilmington.
